This is super exciting, but it’s gonna take funds. Help us bond more folks out of immigration detention by donating to our matching fund!

New: A federal judge in California ruled that Trump's administration cannot impose mandatory detention on thousands of migrants held by U.S. immigration authorities nationally without first giving them an opportunity to seek release on bond. www.reuters.com/legal/govern...

Solidarity with @teamsters.bsky.social , who sanctioned our strike nationwide and won't be delivering food, picking up trash, or bringing packages across picket lines! ✊🔥

It's very funny ppl think Trump, Hegseth, Bovino, individual ICE / federal pigs etc. will ever be held accountable. There'll be no jail time or Nuremberg-style tribunals as long as the system remains intact.

It is only possible thru revolutionary upheaval. Not happening in a return to status quo.

Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol isn't listening to his workers.

So we went directly to his luxury California office.

Musk and DOGE went straight for the digital plumbing of the government, root access to every system. The techno fascists know that technology is a now key leverage point for power. We are so far behind because we continue to undervalue technology development and use fascist-owned platforms

Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw.

The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.

This summer, young Indigenous kayakers made history on the first source-to-sea descent of the Klamath River since the removal of four dams. But this isn’t just a kayak adventure story.
‘The Evergreen’: Indigenous youth make history on a changed Klamath River
This week, we hear how the removal of four dams has changed the Klamath River, and what the journey meant to the Indigenous youth carrying on their ancestors’ work.

WHAT STARBUCKS WILL PAY FOR:

✅A swanky office with all the fixings so CEO Brian Niccol can chill near his home in Newport Beach
❌Investing in workers with fair pay, hours, & protections in a union contract that would cost LESS THAN 1 DAY OF SALES

We just want to chat, Brian... #NoContractNoCoffee

An ICE agent was caught removing a sign marking an ICE kidnapping in DC last week! Do we think he did it out of anger, embarrassment, or most appropriately shame? If you think what you’re doing is right, why are you trying to hide the evidence? 👀

They are literally firing all the judges they think might grant relief. They just fired a friend of mine a couple hours ago. They have no shame. The bastards want an assembly line for deportations and nothing more; rubber-stamping bootlickers who’ll yes’sir at every new diktat to deny.
Instead of hiring more immigration judges, the Department of Justice just posted an ad for "deportation judges." join.justice.gov
