I hate the whole “no politics” rules in so many servers. Like my city is currently be militarized by the federal government and we’re supposed to not say anything about it? Avert our eyes as federal troops are authorized to use “full force” on peaceful protesters???

I don’t blame Bella Ramsey for not going to the Emmy’s. As an autistic person they sound like a nightmare. They said they struggle with press so award shows would probably be even worse. Hours of hair and wardrobe, the events themselves, networking, and interviews would be a sensory nightmare.

I just found out Erin Doherty who won for Adolescence is also queer and even kissed her partner after winning. She was amazing in Adolescence and definitely deserved to win.

If you haven’t seen Somebody, Somewhere—please go watch it! It’s such a sweet, tender show that feels like drinking a hot cup of tea. It’s a show about middle aged, plus size, and queer characters finding community and friendship in each other in Kansas. I really wish it had gotten a season four.

The best part of the Emmy’s was how The White Lotus was basically ignored. Also so many openly queer actors won: Tramell Tillman, Jeff Hiller, and Hannah Einbinder!

I would love to see more furry apparel that caters to fems. Give me dresses and skirts and pinks and pastels! And with more feminine characters too!
