TIL about a memorial ceremony in Iceland in 2019 to mark the end of a glacier, changing the place name from Okjökull to Ok (jökull = glacier). Uncompromising wording on the bronze plaque:

There is no “masculinity crisis” - there IS such a thing as toxic masculinity.
I believe men have a duty to detoxify themselves. We are conditioned to behave badly and many are even celebrated for doing so.
We must overcome that conditioning and call out that behavior.
