Well, it's only January 11th and I've already hit the gym more than 2025 and 2024 combined so I'd say that's a good start to the year. Goal is to get below 200lbs for the first time since 2019 so lets see if I can hit that mark at some point. I need to look like this again 😩 art by #Clockhands ❤️

I've been pretty damn lazy and not heading to the gym on a regular basis (going once or twice every 6-7 month's)😅 . I'm ready to change that now. I went twice in two days for the first time in probably 4 years 😆 I'd like to see if I can get back to my College weight of 175-180lbs. 🤔
