Goldman to Lyons: "You said in your opening statement that references to ICE as 'the Gestapo' or 'secret police' encourages threats against ICE agents. The problem is you have it backwards. People are simply making valid observations about your tactics, which are un-American and outright fascist."

The violent scenes that played out in central Sydney last night were deeply troubling, and entirely foreseeable.

We are Australians, first and foremost. Inviting a foreign head of state to Australia when the consequences for social cohesion are so obvious shows a serious failure of judgment.

I know this is vague, but I'm trying to remember the name of flowers which used to self seed and germinate each year in our garden. These were small daisy like flowers, about the size of a 20c coin. Flowers varied from pastel blues to pinks and reds. The plants were about 30cm high.

I have been amazed at how I feel lately, so much energy.
And this is great because I have been getting things done, where I just couldn't before.

Yesterday I almost had a sleep during the day because I had little due to the night before's rat incident and the humidity.

I'm very pleased.

If the Australian government think that they will bully us into compliance then they are in for a rude shock.

This is not America and we the people will not be bullied by a pack of parasitic morons whose entire professional existence is funded by us.

For no reason, I’m posting this photo of one of my absolute favourite belongings, a can opener with no moving parts. I bought it in Vancouver decades ago and it has no identifying marks on it at all, so it’s irreplaceable. #MyPrecious

A sweet memory of childhood.

Sitting in the back seat of the car on a rainy night, watching that blob of water collecting on ghe corner, but not running off unless the car stopped.

The raindrops catching all the coloured light as we drove along.

The sound of wipers, keys jangling.

Hypnotised.

I had the strangest pain in my foot while out walking Jas.

Like water sloshing back and forth.

When We got home, I looked, but there's no sign of anything.

Occasionally I see someones avatar and think for a long time that it's something other than it is.

One day I think to enlarge it for a better look.
