Russia has been launching cruise & ballistic missiles at Ukraine for years, many of which are nuclear capable with ranges that can easily reach Western Europe by simply changing targeting programming & continuing on their way. Russian logic “How dare you do to us what we have been doing to you!”

Welp, fortunately there’s a “No Dialogue” sound option available on TNT/Discovery/MAX that I’ll be utilizing for a lot of the race today, depending on on whose doing the English commentary. My big concern now for the protest in Washington is that Trumpers are going to send in proud boy agent provocateurs to impersonate “Antifas” to cause trouble. They’re clearly setting this up. They did the same thing when “raincoat man” broke store windows in Portland 4 yrs ago. Hard to stop that.

I much prefer #Lombardia when it starts in Bergamo & ends in Como. Not bc I’m a “traditionalist,” rather bc Como & its approaches are a fabulous place to finish. Bergamo is for Austrian bureaucrats. I’m not going to get up at 2:30 AM (here) just to watch the Como departure. #Procycling #Couchpeloton
