For once it feels like democrats are operating on the same wave length. The official Democrats Tik Tok page is boosting Aften Bane the Dem running in District 7 for TN’s special election. A tough election - some would say impossible but if you build infrastructure you create sustainable success!

Nursing an injury in the gym may mean a physical injury and you go light. But it may mean emotionally you’re doing okay enough to be active but can’t do a full workout. It’s okay to go light in the gym those times too. Nurse your emotional injury in the gym too!
