In der neuen @lagedernation.org sagt Gerald Knaus, Politikwissenschaft die behauptet, die Übernahme rechter Positionen führe zu einer Normalisierung dieser Position, ist nicht seriös. Seine Gegenargumente sind extrem dünn ("80 Prozent wollen weniger irreguläre Migration").

I am saddened to hear that Claus Offe has died.

I have admired his work since I was an undergraduate student and believe few others have influenced my thinking as much as he did.

He was kind, generous and encouraging in person. He will be greatly missed.

Diese "Wir oder die"-Zuspitzung führt zu einer verlässlichen Gegenmobilisierung auf Seiten der AfD. Von steigender Wahlbeteiligung profitiert die AfD meist am stärksten. Die CDU sollte sich in Sachsen-Anhalt und anderswo eine bessere Strategie einfallen lassen.

Oder aber: Keins von beidem, wenn die Koalition gemeint ist. So sehr ich selbst da kein Problem erkennen würde, sollten CDU und Linke partiell kooperieren, so sehr muss man aber doch anerkennen, dass eine Koalition die CDU in weiten Teilen sprengen würde.
