Anyone ever have any problems with bacmid transpositions continuously not working? I have been struggling to get any positive white colonies using pFastbac plasmids from Twist and even for a plasmid from another lab for a while now.

Microorganisms facing adverse conditions for growth and reproduction adjust the function of metabolic enzymes by regulating enzyme self-assembly into filaments. The multiscale filament identification workflow determines polymer composition in the cellular context, enabling the exploration of physiological filament function.
