If anyone will prescribe non stimulants, there are some non-stimulant ADHD meds. I can send you an info article on it if that helps?

It's so hard to know though, and I don't blame anyone for being exhausted with the off and on approach to mental health meds. It isn't sustainable for many of us ): 🫶

I feel this a lot. I had so many bad experiences with SSRIs and other meds that I was very resistant to them. They weren't good for me.

From my personal experience, taking my ADHD meds was the moment I understood. They worked. I felt BETTER. Side effects were there but manageable and worth it

We don't even get to have hometown reunions either, or run into each other at the local store. I can't count how many people I've known and cared for and lost all track of, because we move on and leave behind little trails smudged by corporate mergers.

I've rolled with each iteration of social connection over the years. The tangible connections with others drove me to learn new skills, new tech, and keep current with the latest waves of the web.

I feel only exhaustion now, the kind that feels embittered by losing too much between too many moves.

The decision to travel is personal, and individuals are responsible for their own safety abroad. Global Affairs Canada (GAC) advises Canadians avoid all travel to Palestine due to the ongoing military operations in the Gaza Strip and the unpredictable security situation in the West Bank. More information is available on our travel advice webpage.
While the Goverment of Canada has no plans to accompany the flotilla, this does not in any way detract from Canada's position that humanitarian assistance into Gaza must be immediately scaled-up to address the catastrophic humanitarian situation. We continue to urge Israel to allow the immediate entry of UN-coordinated humanitarian assistance, via land crossings, into and throughout Gaza.
Since October 2023, Canada has committed more than $400 million in international assistance in response to the current crises in Palestine.
The immediate priority must be a ceasefire in Gaza, the release of all hostages, and a sustained influx in UN-led humanitarian aid. Canada is committed to continue
