Stranger behaviour is telling everyone that someone caused you to have panic attacks and doom spiral...and then engage with that someone.

Generally people stay well clear of whoever or whatever triggered a panic attack or anxiety...

My Scottish cousin would have had a different experience now than she did years ago then - she's got a Glaswegian accent and talks ten to the dozen and did part of her training to become an orthopedic doctor at Edinburgh many years ago.
