If I had a dollar for every brother of mine who put a nail through his hand with an old-fashioned nail gun, I'd have two dollars. Which isn't a lot, but I only have two brothers.
i went to trade school with a guy who wasn't really "good at Drills", as he put it, and one day it slipped and he drove a 5/16" bit right into the palm of his hand. He tried to reverse it to get it out, which is a thing you should never do if a drill bit is inside of you. So in short, yes.

A friend of mine asked if the concrete-colored "Heavy Hearts" that I made would be suitable for a brooch, and though they were too heavy, it gave me the inspiration to make a few little brooches out of foam clay with the same look.

Real question....what does this look like in one's actual day? Does a disembodied, polite voice from the phone tell you whether you should sit or stand at the potty? Do you ask for an exact, digital replica of Chipotle to show up on your Google Glass? Lovingly setting your iPhone on your partner's?
The AI evangelists want us all to conveniently forget that they were all telling us we had to buy bored apes or we would be left out of the Economy Of The Future four years ago.

I'm sure there's a MUCH more efficient way of making hundreds and hundreds of barnacles for props in an upcoming production of "Eurydice," but I don't know it, so rolling them out individually is what I'm doing today.
