This is where I scream into the void. Urbanization, bicyclist, environmentalist. Fighting liberal. Everyone deserves to exist without oppression or the denial of their humanity. The US Supreme Court is corrupt. Trump is a traitor.

Under Trump, yesterday was terrible and today is worse. And tomorrow, there will be more lawlessness, more grift, more innocent people disappeared, more crypto bros rewarded, more violence against women, more hate toward the LGBTQ community, more Russian aggression.

31 years ago this month, I warned that America was becoming a two-tiered society composed of a few winners and a larger group left behind, whose anger and disillusionment could be easily manipulated.

I took a lot of heat for this speech. Watch and tell me if I was wrong.

Ordering no quarter, as Hegseth effectively did, isn't a newfangled modern war crime. It was understood as a crime as far back as the Revolutionary War. Washington threatened to do reprisals over it. The bad guy in 'The Patriot' is (very loosely) based off a British officer who was notorious for it.

"It was abundantly clear that ICE is lying."
I’ve heard many stories of how ICE is not following the law or honoring due process.

I'm at the Tacoma ICE facility to come see for myself and hold ICE accountable. From my visit, it was abundantly clear that ICE is lying.

Under current U.S. law (the Crimea Annexation Non-recognition Act) Trump cannot lawfully recognize Russian sovereignty over Crimea or other forcibly seized Ukrainian territories without a) Congress repealing or amending that law or b) using a “national security” waiver - both politically explosive.

Look, every single “deal” reached by a university with the Trump administration is a moral stain that will be seen with deep embarrassment once we’re through this. But for Northwestern to do this now, when the administration is visibly weakened, is even more shameful and inexcusable.

Theories are theories, etc., but: the “social media and the various technologies surrounding it have become inherently bad for democracies in particular” theory sure does seem to be one that a whole bunch of smart people mention a lot.

And they sure have a lot of evidence to point to.

We're sending back people who were doing things so heinous that we had to murder them without a trial. You'd think we'd want to lock them up or squeeze them for intelligence. Republicans lie about everything.
I wonder if this rescue op was a response to someone in the military refusing another “murder the survivors” order.
