its really funny that TRVE ROGVELIKES have a similar appeal to arcade action games- big emphasis on knowledge checks, game sense, long term strategy and consistency etc- and action roguelikes have none of the appeal of arcade games

the only roguelite i ever finished was returnal and that's just because it was incredibly easy, if you make an action game and procedurally generate the levels i will become infinitely bored of your statistically averaged game long before the slots say i can win

i find double inverted pretty sensible, normal axis you 'point' in the direction, double inverted you 'rotate' from behind the camera... regular inverted you point left and right, and rotate up and down? makes no sense
