Buried in Michigan's antiporn bill is a provision to effectively outlaw "circumvention tools," such as VPNs.

The problem wasn't that art got downvoted. The problem is e621 clearly has a huge racism and homo/transphobe problem, because these posts were targeted heavily. And the team behind the site causes this.

They all were reported. But some were made BY mods. And "fun nazi art doesn't hurt you" proves my point. You aren't the exception to the rule, you just suck too. Another shitty nazi defender.

If those posts can't hurt anyone, how can comments? Or anything? Why have mods at all?

The art uploads that featured the bisexual flag had mass downvotes at the time. I haven't used the site since, but now apparently they're in the green slightly, and some of the hate comments are gone. Not all, though. Feel free to go look yourself, the tag is Helena (bonk6).

I took these screenshots a few months ago when I called out E621 on Twitter, but I might as well add it to this post.

One the left are 2 art pieces I uploaded that positively feature BLM. On the right is the then most recent posts under the *Nazi Tag*.

The messages were about people not only mass downvoting all my LGBT and BLM posts, but commenting hate and how nazi images that *shouldn't even have a space on the site* are positively received.

E621's response was "Wanting to not have nazis. Unoriginal, we're not doing it."

the fact that e621 created an entirely new "Lore" subcategory for trans OCs and still auto-tags them as "intersex" anyway should tell you everything you need to know about who's running the site.

They literally added the stupid gynomorph/andromorph tags to get around trans characters existing.
