This also happens somewhat with the starting planet in Bowser Jr.'s Robot Reactor. From afar it looks grassy but up close it is mechanical, likely a similar oversight.

Obscure "we don't have your language" screen that appears in Luigi's Mansion (EU) if the GameCube is set to Dutch. For every other language, the game automatically sets itself to the system language, with Dutch being the only one for which it is forced to offer a different one.
