AI harms are here and have been for a while, the jury is still out on the benefits though. I wrote a basic primer on AI harms and why we need to face them now. aiantihype.beehiiv.com/p/v1-02-ai-h...

It felt good to get this one out.💪🏾

Watched the Joker for the first time today and feeling like I’m joining the edgelord train because the quote “the worst part of mental illness is people expect you to behave as if you don’t” is fire.

For an added sprinkle of fun today, my therapist said my dad could easily teach manipulation and emotional abuse at a supervillain university 🥲 Right in time for the new season of Gen V.

Okay y'all, I have to keep it real. The more I read research about where AI is taking us, the more I think we need to be teaching critical thinking and shifting back to using our brains.

This week's challenge:

Try writing a cover letter from scratch.

I realize that I gravitate towards rap and metal because it gives me the audio stims I never knew I needed. The way bossman dlow says nigga, the way too short says bitch, and the way a good metal riff can be sung, have me hooked.

Hey y'all, I'm looking for new fractional opportunities!

The last time I was publicly looking for roles, a friend said:

"Hiring managers, this is like a Kevin Durant (circa 2016) free agency."

One of my cofounders is always telling me I'm too humble so let me brag a little for a sec 😊

It's so disappointing seeing lots of my Developer Advocate friends turn into AI shills. I get it, the job market is trash and they're popular and paying. It's just the turn into a fully pro-GenAI take on things that's sad to see.
