Yes the de-Trumpification effort will be massive, similar to clearing Nazis out of the German government post WW2. It will be so massive it should be the first priority of the next administration and could easily take more then one term. However, it’s crucially important and we must insist on it.

from the mistreatment and dismissal of federal workers, to the continued diminishment and defunding of the VA, combined with repeated ICE abuses directed at Hispanic veterans, this administration openly hates veterans in a way I have never seen before in US politics.

George was just trying to get to work.

ICE pepper-sprayed him, dragged him from his car, locked him in a detention center, and placed him on suicide watch. He even missed his young daughter’s birthday in the process.

This man is a veteran and American citizen. Don't look away.

I think your living in the past, television, YouTube, instagram, the line between celebrities and politicians is gone. Politicians are as a general rule “media whores” but since that line is blurred they have to compete with actual celebrities now and it’s a competition they will increasingly lose.

Considering the US just elected a president based seemingly on his hatred of other Americans and non rich people from worldwide and many Americans seem animated mainly by hate and some sense of retribution against thier neighbors, it’s really nice to see a story like this rise above the muck, thanks

Remember when NK returned that student they tortured into a coma and Biden did nothing. Remember when the Saudis kidnapped and murdered an American citizen and then funneled 2 billion bucks to Hunter Biden or how badly he bungled Covid or the terrible trade deals with Mexico and Canada . . . Sad!

Wow this guy doesn’t seem to know anything about Christianity. It’s about worshipping the rich and punishing the poor. Next he will say some stupid stuff about “cherishing the meek” or “loving your neighbor”, this guy doesn’t get modern Jesus at all.

It’s soo true we have spent 50 years moving consistently to the right and the right just keeps saying look how awful everything is getting we need to move more right. They pushed things so far right the constitution and the basic principles on which the country was founded seem left and liberal now.

Well with the collapse of the United States justice department combined with the federal government shut down and the painfully obvious mental decline of a president who was dangerously incompetent back when he was fully functional, it’s a pretty slow news week.

That’s only because the current president is Republican. Do the same pole with a democratic president and the result would be far different. There are no core values or principles with republicans anymore, everything is politics and completely dependent on who has power.

They think their constituents are so stupid, this has to feel really insulting to Floridians. Next they will ban all hostile alien spacecraft and also Bigfoots. No more will the people of Florida have to suffer these constant big foot attacks, and they can once again manufacture meth in peace.

If your in law enforcement and feel compelled to wear a mask to prevent retribution from the citizens your supposed to be protecting, you should really take a hard look at what your doing and why. It’s almost certainly not “law enforcement”.
