Kier Starmer definitely messed up by blocking Burnham from standing for Gorton. Now it'll be the Green or Reform that will win the seat. Starmer would rather lose a parliamentary seat than facing Burnham's leadership challenge. There's no strategic leadership there for the party. Hope it sinks lower
