melatonin が最近TLでよく話題になってますが, 私の場合Costcoで売ってる5mg のgummy を２つに切って2.5mg を毎晩摂取してます. 摂取から1h 前後で眠くなる. 😪

FSA の額の見極め難しいなぁ.. 今年は $1,000 にして現時点で $300 余っている. 年末までに何に使おうかな.
- 大判 bandage などランナー用 fast aid kit に入れるもの
- 生理用pads
- Glucose monitor
- therapy のCo-pay (私のtherapist は年間 12 sessions までco-pay無しなのだけど、そろそろ越えそうで越えた分に充てようと思ったら自分の入ってるプランは適用外だったので100%である50minセッション$200ほどをこれで支払うのもいいかも)

最近よくgymで話しかけてくる人がいるのだけど、彼に Your English is good! 😩 って何回も言われて落ち込んじゃった。いいよ所詮 alien outsider だよ私ゃ。

「留学生を特別扱い？」のところは、この書き方だと問題点が十分に理解されていないように思う。博士後期課程の学生は自費で「お勉強」に来てもらっているわけではなく、研究成果を生み出す労働の側面が強いため、国籍問わずそこに十分な対価を支払いましょうという元々の政府方針を突然外国人に対してだけ撤回したというのが問題。

この机、高さ調節ができて、低くして仕事机の脇に持ってきたり、高くしてゴロゴロやってキッチンまで行って1週間のメニュー決めて買い物メモ作ったり、すごく便利で気に入ってる。もっと早く買えば良かった。
