Me personally, my knee-jerk reaction would be to live forever but like others have said I'd need to know the parameters. Like, could I fix my eyes and not have to deal with glasses for trillions of years? Or carpal tunnel? Tinnitus? My body is amassing annoyances, is what I'm saying.

Knowing the responders' mental health & religious beliefs would be interesting. If you believe in an afterlife then you'd probably be cool with leaving this one because it's kinda the same as living forever. Likewise if being alive is already a sad-town then why would you want it to go on forever?
