Under what theory is it permissible to make a government official implementing public policy sign a NDA??? What is the enforcement mechanism?? Why aren’t people outraged by this secrecy??
They will willingly and happily throw anyone under the bus to save themselves. This admiral needs to speak out but they probably already forced him to sign a NDA. Probably threatening him and his family to take whatever happens and roll with it even if it’s a prison term.
