I love dinner recipes that take 30+ minutes of bake time in the oven, bc you make it, clean up, then forget about it for a chunk of time and by the time it's done it's like someone else cooked for you.

Ah, Nov 30th.
The day where I take our heavier sweaters out of storage (not to be confused with the year round sweaters, O Canada etc) and air dry them outside with some linen spray.
Also the neighbour's cat immediately came around, tried to knock over the clothes rack, & broke into the house 💞

Ah, Nov 30th.

Vegan egg nog is a very creamy/sweet drink, it has a lightness to it and mixes well.
Alas I do not like creamy/sweet drinks so I am still an eggnog hater.

I am reaching the natural end of the latest box dye saga (years of bleach/dark/colour/bleach/bleach/mid tone/bleach) and there is a buzzcut waiting on the other side of this winter.
Dying star style, we're going to be leaning into some temporary bright colours to get through the cold/dark season.
