Just reading without any goal in mind, I have read 68 books this year, including monsters like Infinite Jest.
I wonder if I should try for 100 books next year. I don't want it to compromise my reading quality, but I think it's within reach if I spend less time on games and more on books.

Oh dear, after watching NL play Mahjong Soul, now I kinda want to play it.
I learned the basics of Mahjong as a kid, playing with my extended family, and it's making me a bit nostalgic.

I know from personal experience that the people of Taiwan are amazing, but this is just phenomenal.

I like how people's reactions to the Danganronpa 2X2 trailer in the Nintendo Direct were either "Oh okay" or "NAGITO, FUCK" with no variation in between.

And his face cleared, and he leaned in with a grin and told me about a German guitarist who he traveled with, twice. Who transitioned between the first and second time, so he'd gotten to meet this person all over again on the second round. It was a wonderfully kind way to let me know that everything was fine. I was fresh out of the closet and I needed that, and maybe he could see it. I came back to it over the years, but to take a real swing at it, I waited for v1.0.
Today, I did it. It took a decade, and I saw the finale and wow, what a fantastic way to end the game.
