I am going through October Daye series again, this time listening to them, and trying to keep my hands busy and myself out of my own head.

For book 1 made a hope chest, and shared it with people on Tumblr, who liked it surprisingly much.

Also, I am pretty sure that Robin Williams was one of the people who were ahead of the curve on the use of his personal likeness after his death, and made sure to include a clause in his contracts that (I am sure about his voice at least) it can't be used in perpetuity after his passing.

A sex-blind admissions policy at selective universities will not go the way that the Trump administration thinks it will.

Under the compact, a mix of nine public and private universities would receive favorable terms for government aid if they agreed to conditions like banning consideration of race or sex in hiring and admissions, capping international undergraduate enrollment, requiring that applicants pass admissions examinations and suppressing grade inflation. Universities with large endowments would be asked to waive tuition for students interested in the hard sciences.

It's a good way to force myself to pay a bit more attention to the spoken Norwegian, uses 'small' words as its primary audience is children, and the enunciation of the reader is something even my slow-for-Norwegian brain can grasp.
