I finally got my meds redone, starting CBT for Insomnia, and realizing my AuDHD & constant fight or flight state is a huge reason for me not sleeping, getting bored, going into 'activity paralysis' because I can't choose what to do/start so I zone out for hours instead, and my daily disassociation.

Insulating the outdoor cat house for the winter. I hope Imposter knows how spoiled he is, and how much I love him since he attached himself to me. Still can't get him inside (he's feral), so the least I can do is make sure he's safe & warm.

I've been tear gassed, pepper balled, rubber bullet-ed, maced & tazed in the past at protests & for training purposes.
Also, those fat lards can't outrun me. I will purposely play the Benny Hill theme on my phone as I run in circles.

He now waits for me on my porch to finish my morning runs so I can feed him. I still can't pet him, but my porch is a safe place for him. I'm installing an outdoor cat house tomorrow.
