Comet, an alien sheep taking a bow with SMG4’s signature blue hat. Hey everyone, starteas here— or; if you know me by my name in the credits— Evan. It's been a wonderful opportunity, getting to work on SMG4. I've loved my time with the crew, and with all of you; every second of it. I only became a fan of the show fairly recently, but you all welcomed me in with open arms, and made me feel right at home. For that, I thank you! The final episode that I wrote on for SMG4 aired today, and I figured now would be a better time than ever to officially announce my departure from the show. From this day forward, I will no longer be active in the official Discord server, nor will I be continuing to write for the show. Please do not speculate on the reasons behind my departure- they are private, and I wish to keep them that way. I will still be actively drawing fanart about the show on my socials and answering questions regarding my fanworks for it! I just wanted this to be my formal "goodbye" to SMG4 as a former official writer. Thank you so much for everything— it’s been an absolute blast to be a part of it all. -starteas 📺❤️

Some of my favorite fan-art I've done is a result of me falling in love with your creations!
A panel from a Lumi-inspired comic featuring Davin and Holden emulating a rather familiar-looking kaiju scene as Felicity regrets being such a bully to the two's best friend. Holden laying down and staring pensively at a bug on his head, as he's surrounded by the lyrics to the chorus of "Boys Will Be Bugs" by Cavetown Davin and Siona kissing under the stars after some MAJOR heart-to-heart treatment. Possibly my longest comic to date. A compilation of all of Lumi's major characters, encompassed by the star themself.

I initially thought this was some sort of aquatic lizard, but she's in fact a mermaid.

Still, that means she's a very well-designed mermaid! Cute too!

Annapurna Animation has announced they are making an animated film based on the Moomins that will be written and directed by Rebecca Sugar. Already, hearing that the studio that saved Nimona is teaming up with the creator of Steven Universe is enough to make me super hyped!

THIS is one of those exceptions (even if it is mostly just buff Zenyatta).

So, it's a certain Tyrant Lizard King's 120th B-Day in terms of discovery. And it's well deserved, seeing how it's one of my favorite dinosaurs ever!

Below are my four favorite Rexes ever!

Heart, the main protagonist T-Rex from "You are Umasou" (2010). The T-Rex from the 2022 documentary series, "Prehistoric Planet". Apex, the titular hero's companion from the independently-published book "Mara Brown: White Death". Art by Emily Stepp. Ember the T-Rex from "Jurassic Park: Rebirth". One of the highlights of an otherwise okay-ish film.
