Private equity once again ruining another American brand. Don't get me wrong, Denny's is pretty awful but the PE game plan usually comes down to using a brand like this to unload debt and close down the brand. MGBW, Toys-R-US, etc. Everyone gets paid but the employees.

Such a true statement. Since the Ukraine war began I've seen atrocities and every one is unacceptable. Compassion, dispassionate support for the law (if it goes your way or not) is the only way to maintain your perspective. Don't let evil change you, change the evil in the world.
