Before I got sick, I used run when I was upset. Run til I was exhausted.
Then I couldn't walk, & I lost all coping mechanisms at once & had to come up w/ new ones.
I guess what I'm saying is that it's amazing what you can work through with goggles, a hammer, & some old plates from a thrift store 🔨
