If you're worrying about supporting Amazon today or ever, a lot of trans authors are starting stores on Itchio.
I strongly encourage readers of indie queer and especially trans books to start using itchio as more of us authors move away from Amazon. Authors get a bigger cut, you can tip, and, most importantly, you will actually own your ebooks instead of just licensing them from Amazon.
One thing I absolutely love about itch.io is that it lets me pay more

Okay so yesterday I left a review on a book I really enjoyed, and when reading some other reviews someone said "it reads like #ao3 ff" as if that's a bad thing??? I honestly expected a 5 star review with a phrase like that, but apparently some people don't have any damn taste.
