i appreciated that so much more than just invuln because i still had to engage with the games systems

control had accessilibity sliders. every time i died i increased the damage reduction by 5 percent until it ended up at 65 and i didn't die again. that was the sweet spot for my skill vs the games difficulty.

slow motion accessibility option solves all of them for me

i'm not exactly a slouch when it comes to games. i play helldivers on max difficulty for fun. i 100%'ed beat saber. i have full 32 heat clears on every weapon aspect in both hades 1 and hades 2. something about 3rd person action combat refuses to gel in my brain.

i played jedi fallen order and jedi survivor only by virtue of them having story difficulty. never died. i got 100 hours in both games total.

i turned the difficulty up once, instantly died. saw that i had to walk back to my corpse, turned it back to story and never looked back.
