Yes, unfortunately Ukraine still has ratfuck soviet style cowards in their ranks. This level of cowardice and incompetence before the enemy is treasonous, Shuliak’s next uniform should be prison garb for life, and all his officers need to be stripped of rank and sent to the infantry units betrayed.
