That alternate reality ended in 2014 when the “diplomacy and soft power” leaders literally failed to do ANYTHiNG but words and blankets.

It doesn’t seem like pros actively still on the inside—having this access to active infrastructure is infinitely more useful than just publishing it for vague psyops with unclear goals. Which is what I think it’s more likely China that would do this to shift blame in trade talks if origins are pros.

I also considered the value for China to use this as a way to bias (Mis)attribution of DPRK rel. PRC. But it’s a stretch. I agree with you conclusions that authors analysis is structured more than havktavists and the empty space is the loud part on that front, but unless this was already burned
