Unreal how many Democrats—politicians, pundits, posters, etc—advocate complacency on the grounds that they won't get Republicans to remove Trump.

Yes, you draw public attention to Trump malfeasance, make Republicans publicly defend it, and distract the regime, but don't get Trump out of office. OK.

The point of impeachment for egregiously impeachable offenses — and the point of Democrats saying now that they'll impeach if they win control of the House this November — is more than removal from office (which won't happen due to Republican Senators putting Trump over country or Constitution).
How many more Republicans are going to announce that they aren’t running for reelection because they know they will have to spend the next two years defending Trump in another impeachment knowing he is a lame duck.

It seems like almost all Democratic politicians and consultants have a visceral hatred of the very concept of "get caught trying." And they refuse to believe that they have any agency with regard to the national discussion or a narrative surrounding their domains.

A very succinct summary of elected Democrats' aversion (or unwillingness) to make noise.

If they're afraid of Republican retaliation or threats, they've already lost the fight for the country.
Republicans made welfare fraud in Minnesota the most important story in the country. Schumer turned a war for oil into a question about national security briefings.

Also, when reporters start talking about the chatbots this way, it is imperative to remind them they are basically asking a toaster for comment. They should be a lot more embarrassed about this than they currently are.

“Grok told CNN…” no it didn’t. You typed stuff into an unreliable calculator.
