There's a theme here... I just can't put my finger on what it is, though!

The people going onto business TV saying Trump is going to deal and lower tariffs just astounds me.

Hey @amyklobuchar.com Care to explain your vote here, please? What makes this a candidate you believe a yes was good enough for?
The senate is now voting on the confirmation of Christopher Landau for Deputy Secretary at the State Dept, who's promoted the destruction of USAID. Amy Klobuchar just voted yes.

While I get the intent to look strong and forceful, compared to other Dems, does he really think this is going anywhere? All that's going to happen is they'll get a "they're human, we all make mistakes and they deserve a chance to learn from it."
Today, I am calling on Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and other top officials in the Trump administration to resign immediately due to their reckless and unlawful disclosure of national security secrets. Their actions have put our country at risk, and immediate accountability is necessary

The gambling thing is getting out of control. At this rate, it won't be long before we're betting on death tolls from natural disasters 🤦‍♂️

@governorwalz.mn.gov as you do your town halls in red areas, I'd really like to see/understand the turnout to party affiliation numbers. I would love to see that lots of Rs and Independents are attending, but fear it's mostly a D echo chamber that's not effective. Can you provide this?

I am begging blue state governors to have lunch this week with your adjutant general of the National Guard.

Cannot stress enough how important this relationship is going to be in the near future.

Republicans shut down the government because they're the minority and can't get everything they want. Dems don't shit the government down because they're afraid of how they'll be seen despite the fact that they just gave illegal actions a legal OK. They really are all the same party.

@amyklobuchar.com No on CR and Cloture. This is a no-brainer. Do not let us Minnesotan down!

It's times like these that make you wonder, "If I have to live during this crappy time, do I get a chance to come back at a better time to balance things out?"

@philadelphiaeagles.bsky.social I don't want to take a way from Cooper DeJean on what was a great Super Bowl game, but can we get some publicity for Quinyon? That boy BALLED OUT ALL YEAR as a rookie on this team and deserves SO much praise for his role in everything.

To America’s 2.3 million federal employees:

Don’t accept a buyout.

Neither Musk nor even Trump has the legal authority to make such an offer.

And even if they did, would you trust them to follow through on it?

I have a feeling that the only reason she regrets it is that she'll still vote in favor if things get too tight.
Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK): "I regret that I am unable to support Mr. Hegseth."
