Do you have any evidence that maintaining 30/40mph on key transit routes does not impact safety. Analysis of setting 20mph on such routes elsewhere shows significant reduction in casualties in Edinburgh, London and Wales.

Yet analysis shows a significant drop in casualties in Edinburgh even when not enforced. That isn't to say that enforcement won't result in even better reductions.
