Secretary of The Army on CNBC just said after he leaves the studio he’s going to meet private equity firms to talk about building datacenters on US Army bases. Makes sense because PE cost of capital is much lower than U.S. treasuries, and 25 yr old Excel jockeys have the chops to do this.
