This feels like another one of those make-or-break moments for America like the Sandy Hook shooting was. Either something real happens here and real change is made or we fall farther and faster into the abyss.

There isn’t just one bad apple that can be charged with crimes & removed. To truly pull back the curtain & look means we’d have to face the fact that, not one party, not a couple of guys, but a large fraction of the socially powerful people are foul beyond measure & culture is rotten to the core.

Out of curiosity, I searched for Epstein's email on haveibeenpwned.com and learned that his account was part of the Evite data breach from April 2019, which included some member details plus contact info "belonging to recipients of invitations." Just an FYI to anyone in a position to issue subpoenas

The faster we end this the more people will come out the other side whole but the chance of the changes only being superficial and/or regression are higher versus the harder, slower, but more permenant end of the spectrum. 3-5 years and half measures vs 10-15 years and a whole new constitution.
