$545 for a studio wit everything included. It’s been less than 10 years and a 3 bedroom is $1500. Shit too weird.
$555 2bed/2 bath, would’ve been $525 but I added a washer and dryer. The only thing I miss about Texas is the cost of living and Houston.

My computer monitor died, cause it was older than God. I have no idea when I'll be able to get another, and I needed my PC. So I hooked up my 32 inch flat screen to it, and holy shit. It's awesome, but I really don't need a monitor this big. Good news is, I can now see everything without my glasses.
