He deleted a bunch of them after Rittenhouse recanted, but a few were saved. No one saved the one where he threatened to have him transvestigated, unfortunately. That one really showed how much they don't even believe their own lies.

Seeing him get bullied on Twitter by that Manarino guy (a complete nobody he could easily have pulled the fame card on) for supporting RFK (who Trump rewarded anyway) was the funniest part of 2024.

I can understand wanting to draw a line between legit 'good' movies and trashy stuff you enjoy, but yeah, that's kinda basic for a guy who used to pride himself on enjoying movies like Switchblade Sisters and Werewolf Woman.

Definitely the best of Corman's Poe series, you can tell he was really trying to make an artistic, epic film, and it works here, unlike the forced Tomb of Ligeia. Honestly, a perfect choice for today with the theme of a feast for the decadent.

I'll never understand how Brooks thought the movie should have ended with the play premiering; all the reactions are gold; the offended woman saying "Talk about bad taste!", the one guy who genuinely loved it, Mars's anger. Perfection!

Note the horn-like ridges on the monster's head. Those came from an early make-up design that wasn't used. Guess the poster artist was using stills of that as a reference.
