Just finished watching Del Toro's Frankenstein. The good? Elordi is fantastic as the monster; possibly the greatest ever. The bad? The attempts to sanitize the monster's actions and 'subvert' who kills who just feels schmaltzy. Did like the nods to 1973's Frankenstein: The True Story.
