They are introductory books where I probably know half of the things in them but there is something nice about reading the elementary stuff

I know people that have been trying for their goals, learning everything one step at a time and enduring other hardships at the same time but no... At least dreams slightly relate to their mental state which is real... But I get your point. For some reason people are not ashamed at all to admit their use of this thing and sadly some of these people are family members so I constantly have to hear about it lol, has probably happened to many of us

I know it is common sense but sometimes people get overwhelmed to the point where they think that nothing else done will change anything - which is wrong. It changes you or it may change someone around you.
