The most important values I hold dear to my heart are found in this wonderful basket. They are under grave threat at this time. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are the center of what I hope for my dear country Canada. It is what seperates us from our neighbour and I will defend them. I will resist.
To my fellow Canadians and a note to self. On this new year's day save a thought for our American cousins who overwhelmed have seen their democracy shattered by their President and his administration. They need our support, not our indignation. Me sometimes. Best wishes to my #BlueSky friends.

On This New years day save a thought for the citizens of #Gaza, in particular the children. I pray they will know peace one day. Here in Canada dear friends at my pharmacy are directly affected by this beastly war crime taking place there. They are traumatized. Please don't forget these children.

My spirt and my heart have been with Ukraine from the beginning and they have never waned and with the courageous citizens of that most resilient nation. How do I wish them a happy new year? Instead I will wish them VICTORY over the Russian beast and his lapdog in Washington. Slava Ukraini! #Ukraine
