There's an indie shortfilm/documentary about AuDHD and creativity around 2015–2017, "An Invitation to be Normal" if I recall correctly. I want to re-watch it but can't find nowhere now... 😐

I'd love to try this, but my 6x6 still has an expired film in it for 2 years, my light hiking plans keep getting cancelled, duh! 🤦♂️
I don't know if it's worth comparing to shoot on the native camera if you have one. The (low-res) instax film is relatively expensive than the Instax camera itself.
