When I turn up to work hallucinating and saying things which aren't true I'm "disruptive" and need to take "indefinite, unpaid leave".

Having a nice drink in a club when a rich guy on ketamine came in and bought the place. He started playing genAI music and took the mic; shouting wild conspiracy theories over everyone's conversations. Left for another club but it wasn't as buzzing. Lost my friends and they didn't pick up my calls.
