But it is obvious that fascism does not happen in a vacuum. A normal, functioning democracy is going to make quick work of a fascist ascending to the throne. It is a criminal act.

Ours instead, provided a fascist legitimacy and aid/comfort every step of the way. Flagrant crimes in broad daylight.

I'm sorry, I'm still having a hard time getting over that the owner of the NY Times is in the Epstein files thing and they haven't even acknowledged this in any reporting.

Once you learn about the entanglements of the Haberman family, you will never trust NYC-based media ever again
Good thing that Maggie Haberman's mom worked for Epstein and Trump's publicist so I can be sure I'm getting accurate information from her reporting.

All in the family.

Look the last scandal I remember where everyone was implicated in all the crimes was Sam Bankman Fried and the ruling class took care of it extremely quickly by indicting him within a week and making him solely responsible for all the crimes they let him commit.

📍Senator Fetterman had a VFIB—the leading cause of cardiac arrest—he almost died if not for his implanted defibrillator, which can cost $34,000 to over $51,000. Days ago, he also just voted with GOP to gut health insurance tax credits for millions. Hope he has a change of heart.

It really makes me sick how everyone is weaponizing the Epstein scandal.

Obviously yes, Trump is a child rapist. He belongs in prison.

There are many others too, many of which have direct connections to this joke of an Oversight Committee.

Seattle's Mamdani is winning by an absurdly small margin over our incumbent mayor, who once pulled a gun on a pregnant woman in a parking lot.

I have to hand it to them, it's an incredible bit to publicly lose a game of chicken, admit that's what happened, and then spend the next day lecturing everyone about courage and tenacity

It's an imperial product. We're able to send military anywhere in the world in case human rights protestors shut down a rubber plantation or whatever. Smedley Butler wrote about it 100 years ago and it hasn't changed
