Their response made me, as a journalist, feel sick.

Anyway thanks @moderation.bsky.app for answering my lifelong question of how the US so easily turned away my family fleeing the camps. Turns out you just call them scammers, say they're annoying, and shoo them back where they came from. There's no way you could know what would happen to them amirite
