Lover of tabletop RPGs, coffee, swimming, and ink for both drawing and writing.
I like Haunter better than Gengar.

There, I said it.

A mail chute that doesn't lead anywhere it's physically located. When depositing a letter into it, it spits out a letter from far away. Could there possibly be another such chute out there in the world?

A worn out manila envelope for holding documents with [CONFIDENTIAL] stamped onto it. When something is placed inside, if somebody whomst is not the intended recipient or proper owner tries to retrieve it, they get a very painful papercut.

A polished orb of tiger's eye, that somewhat resembles a tiger's eye.

If you stare into it, and it stares back, something else is staring at you.

Same. I also have a massive collection, already.

Though, in the instances where I *do* get to do an in person game, usually with folks who're new to the hobby in some way...

The sparkle in their eyes as they marvel at the collection I unfurl out for them is [chef's kiss].

I'm basically considering just converting it into a whole new game, since the idea of "you can bolt this onto whatever other game you happen to like" would probably be hard to sell to people.

But, "it's a board game you make yourself!" is something I can pitch to even non-ttRPG players!

I've had a lot of my friends die over the years. This kind of sadness is normal.

Remember that we all grieve in our own way. There is no right or wrong way to deal with the sadness of loss, as long as you do no harm to yourself or those around you.
