Maddening to me how little sense this type of signal makes at this location especially considering how much they cost. We fight for scraps in order to fund bike/ped infra improvements. Here we splurged, and yet the result is a crossing that is potentially less safe than before?? What r we doing…

All 3 of my Hub requests from this week regarding vehicles in the Church St bike lane also resulted in GOA responses. It’s honestly insulting to continue urging us to report this stuff when really it’s just a big waste of time.

Yeah I’ve still never gotten anyone ticketed despite all my hub requests, and that includes the times I’ve called the hub phone number in addition to putting it in the app. We are not a real city.

Hey @jkupin4d19.bsky.social didn’t my government just rip out some bike lanes around the corner from this to put in some loading zones? Why are we letting box trucks load in the Church St bike lanes? And how can we get some concrete protection for these lanes?

I would welcome a publicly funded bike share system in Nashville! Unfortunately, that ship has sailed. That said, not all for profit companies are created equal.
