One first step people should do to respond to this is start using the “report a speed trap” function in Apple Maps to report where ICE is operating. Make Apple party to the attempt to protect people.

1. each release should be useful independently (e.g. it might cover just one use-case within the wider scope)
2. support for each release should be independently detectable (via `@supports` and the usual JS mechanisms)

With @frehner.me on this: I typically prefer verbosity if it gets me clarity, but after reading:

And knowing that there is "an implicit 3x3 grid" and "the anchoring element is the center cell", the shorter `span-inline-end` tells me exactly what is happening.
